I picked up this gorgeous lavender wrap coat over the weekend for almost 60% off (insert happy dance) and couldn't wait to share it with you. There are several sizes left and also comes in plus size. The pretty color and timeless style are what caught my eye, but what I really like is that this wool coat will transition well into Spring. It is warm, but because it's a thin wool and unlined, I'll be able to wear with sweaters for the next couple months and then with a tee on a cool night.

This coat would look really good with a white tee and sneaks for Spring. This is my new favorite tee. It's thicker, making it feel a little dressy and really soft. Love this staple white t-shirt, too. I'm also loving these sneakers

A FEW OF MY FAVORITE WRAP COATS RIGHT NOW

Lavender Hand Sanitizer

I've used this for a long time and take it everywhere with me. I always have one in my purse, one in the car and one in the diaper bag. Smells fabulous and doesn't majorly dry out my hands.
Organic Lavender Hand Sanitizer
2 GG Scandinvian Fiber Crispbread

I love these healthy crackers with meals or for snacks, to help me stay fuller longer. I will spread peanut butter on them or egg, avacado and Everything But The Bagel seasoning. So good!
GG Bran Crispbread, 3.5-ounce (Pack of 3) The Appetite Control Cracker

Winter Boots

I've been wearing these nonstop this Winter. and they were an absolute steal at only $40. They are true to size and very comfortable. I haven't sprayed them with a protector yet, but have been in the snow several times, and they still look brand new. They come in four shades.

Wireless Earbuds

These were a gift for Jared, and he loves them. He runs long distance, and has had several wireless pairs. These are by far his favorite. The quality and sound are great. He says they fit tighter in the ear than other brands. They don't feel like they're going to fall out. Also, the blue tooth connection is better than other brands he's tried. In the end, worth the splurge.

Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides

I've been using Vital Proteins about 6 months now and love it. It's great for your hair, skin and nails. They have a small size if you want to try it out first. It really is flavorless and dissolves in any drink hot or cold. Jared is now hooked on this, too.

OXO Cup

We have six of these, and they are truly the perfect transition cup. It took a lot of bad purchases to find a cup that is spill-free, has bite free straw, and fits perfect in Winston's hands. You can buy the smaller version with handles or this one, without handles.
OXO Tot Transitions Straw Cup, Teal, 9 Ounce
Bamboo Initial Necklace

This designer dupe necklace is so pretty. I find myself wearing it almost everyday. Great quality.

Baby Safety Kit

I discovered Inaya when they gifted me a kit and I fell in love, using every single piece immediately. My favorite are the multipurpose locks that are on most of our drawers. I recently snagged a second set to complete the rest of the drawers and cabinets in the house.

Bird Rock Baby Moccasins

These moccs are one of our favorite baby items. Winston has several pairs. They are 100% genuine leather and actually stay on his feet (amen)! The quality is so good and the brand has a 100% lifetime guarantee. I also love that every purchase feeds a child in need.

10 NEW BirdRock Baby Diaper Backpack

We use this diaper bag all the time. The below is the new and improved version #2. We own both 1 and 2. I love the insulated pocket for food and drinks and Jared loves the phone charger. I swear we always have more than we can carry. Being able to wear this, is super convenient. We own the navy version, but it also comes in a pretty grey shade. A few improvements to the new version include: high grade metal stroller clips, easy to open (with one hand) zippers and extra shoulder padding for those longer trips. It comes with a 100% guarantee. You can't beat that.
BirdRock Baby Diaper Bag Backpack - New and Improved Version 2 with 16 Pockets, Changing Pad, Phone Charger, Stroller Straps, Insulated Bottle Pocket and More (Blue)

11 iPad Case

This case has been a lifesaver for entertaining Winston. He can hold the handles, it has a strap to hang over the back of a car seat or over the stroller handles. There's also a stand that pops out in the back. Great quality.

I'm excited to kick off my new series, "Healthy Blonde" with a brand I've trusted for years, Olaplex. If you aren't familiar with the brand, Olaplex is a product line with a three-step process. No. 1 and No. 2 are used in the salon to rebuild, repair and restore hair while preventing damage. One is added to lightener, color or chemical services and the other is applied after rinsing out the lightened or color. No. 3 is a take home product to repair, protect and strengthen hair. After hearing about Olaplex and using it for the first time, it soon became a must for me when booking an appointment. When I lived in Las Vegas I actually found my longtime hair stylist (Sophie @ Mosaic Salon) by searching "#Olaplex" on Instagram (true story).
Today, I'm talking about how I keep my hair healthy using Olaplex No. 3 Hair Perfector and the new No. 4 Bond Maintenance Shampoo and No. 5 Bond Maintenance Conditioner. But first, a little bit more on Bond Maintenance with Olaplex (in case you were wondering what that means). Olaplex has this patented active ingredient that works on a molecular level to seek out broken bonds in the hair that are caused by chemical, thermal, and mechanical damage. Like I mentioned above, you can use Olaplex to restore compromised hair, or add it to another service to provide the ultimate breakage insurance.

- No. 3 Hair Perfector -
No. 3 is a product I've used once a week for more than two years and has truly changed the look and feel of my hair. I know my hair wouldn't be as healthy without it. The Hair Perfector is an at-home treatment that you apply to towel dried hair for at least 10 minutes and is followed by a shampoo and conditioner. If you use this once a week, you'll prevent breakage in your hair and will notice your hair feels stronger and healthier. I do use mine in the shower. I get my hair wet, ring it out as much as possible, apply, wait at least 10 minutes and rinse.

Bleaching my hair every 6-8 weeks can really dry my hair out. Add that to having a baby and experiencing a good amount of hair loss post-baby, I'm very careful with the products I choose to put on my hair. The Olaplex No. 3 Hair Perfector has been a game changer.

- No. 4 Bond Maintenance Shampoo & No. 5 Bond Maintenance Conditioner -
I tested out the No. 4 Bond Maintenance Shampoo and No. 5 Bond Maintenance Conditioner together for four weeks, and found them to be super hydrating. I noticed that after drying my hair, it felt softer, thicker than usual, and I had less frizz/fly aways. What's great, is that I really felt like each time I used them, my hair was healthier. And I like that I only need a small amount of shampoo to create a really thick, rich lather. Maybe it's just me, but I feel like I'm getting a cleaner wash if I have a good lather. I used too much conditioner the first time, and my hair was a tiny bit heavy. Use about a quarter size and that will be perfect. At the end of a month I can say that I definitely have stronger, healthier hair and experience  less breakage (proven from less hair in my brush).

Oh, and keep in mind, this is not a product line just for blondes. Olaplex is for all hair types. So whether you're looking for to reduce breakage or just make your hair stronger, anyone can use it. Also, if you don't go to a salon that used Olaplex No. 1 and No. 2, that's okay. You can still improve the quality of your hair dramatically by using No. 3, No. 4 and No. 5. If you can't splurge for all three at the same time, I recommend buying No. 3 first. I'd say that is my favorite product (probably because I've been using it so long).

All of these products are formulated WITHOUT:
- Parabens
- Sulfates
- Phthalates

If you've been thinking about trying any of the Olaplex products, let me know if you have any questions. I'm always happy to let you know about my experiences with products. Definitely let me know what you think after trying them out! I love to hear your feedback.

Happy Weekend Friends! Does anyone have anything fabulous planned? I've been on the hunt for the perfect pair of western boots and wanted to share this new pair with you. My pre-reqs for the new boots were: pointy toe, with a stacked heel, but not so tall that I couldn't get around in the ice and snow. This black ice is no joke. I also wanted a someone dressy boot that was pretty enough for date nights. After three long months of searching, I found these, and couldn't be happier. They also come in a ton of colors.

I love that these boots look good with both skinny and wide leg denim, and am  so glad I held out for the perfect pair. I've always been a fan of the western style bootie, and have several pairs. While they seem to be more popular this year, I feel like they'll never actually go out of style. So, while they were a little bit of a splurge, I know I'll have them for a long time. These run narrow and slightly small. Size up a half size.

Happy New Year Friends! I'm looking forward to providing you some amazing content in 2019. Last year was so wonderful, and I look forward to connecting with more of you as 2019 marches on. Thank you for all of the love and support you've shown me. I always love seeing your sweet comments on my posts.

I'm a hat lover at heart, so I'm always excited to share styles with you when I try to a new brand. This rancher hat is definitely a statement piece with a large brim measuring almost four inches. I'll admit, it's big enough that I need to take it off while driving, haha. But, I've loved adding this to my Winter wardrobe.
This hat is the perfect neutral and goes great with all of my warm coats. Yes, hats can be expensive. To me they are investment pieces, like a bag. So, if you you've been looking for something like this, I will say the material and stitching are quality, and I'm happy with the purchase. Also, I love that you can get it two-day shipping with Amazon Prime!
It's my first Winter in Utah, and this jacket is by far my most used of the season. It's warm, water resistant and has a cute faux fur trimmed hood. I fell in love with the silvery olive green color when I saw it, and it surprisingly goes with a lot pieces in my closet. This jacket comes in burgundy, too.
These boots are a new addition to my closet and were a steal at only $40. With a round toe and faux shearling they are both warm and comfortable. They can be worn folded down (like in the pic above) for folded up, only showing a tiny bit of the faux shearling at the top. Size up a half size if you plan to wear thick socks with them.

Enjoy the first week of the New Year Friends!

As always, thanks for stopping by!

1 // DockATot  2 // Footed Sleeper 3 // Dragon 4 // Moccasins
9 // Snack Container 10 // Plane 11 // Bottom Wash 12 // Pound-A-Ball

1 // The DockATot is hands down our MOST USED BABY ITEM. If you've followed a long with me the past year and a half, you've heard me talk on several occasions about this must-have for new moms. If you're not familiar with the brand, this baby lounger pillow was created to give little ones comfort and security. Winston has slept in a DockATot Deluxe the day we brought him home. We were actually waking him up to feed him, he was sleeping so well. And we know, it's because of the DockATot we have such a great sleeper, still. More on my previous post about DockATot here. DM me if you have questions. The one thing I'll say to you, is it's worth every penny. Typically you'd use a Deluxe for newborns until 8 months and then move to a DockATot Grand from 9-36 months. I moved Winston over to the Grand right at 8 months. He sleeps in it and we also use it for playing with toys and reading time. This would be an amazing gift for a parent and their sweet baby.

2 // When Winston was about 5 months old, I walked into a baby boutique and discovered Peregrine Kidswear sleepers. I hadn't heard of the brand, but was in awe of the crazy soft material and in love with the patterns. I tried one and went back for more after I saw how soft they were on his skin and how well they washed. One of these soft sleepers would make a great holiday or baby shower gift. Winston is wearing the buffalo check pattern from the newly launched line, below. Oh, and Peregrine also offers blankets that are equally as soft as their sleepers. Winston carries his around everywhere.

3 // I spotted this is Dragon stuffed animal at Nordi's last month. It's just so cute and crazy soft. This has been ordered and wrapped!

4 // & 5 // Birdrock Baby Moccasins have become a family favorite. They are absolutely adorable and are easy for Winston to walk in. Made from genuine leather, they are both great quality and easy to wipe clean. Birdrock Baby also has Fringeless Moccasins (seen in the soccer pics below), which Winston wears almost every day. They are the same quality and cuteness, just without the fringe. Another favorite are the fleece and lightweight cotton booties from Birdrock Baby. Both are perfect for hanging around the house when I don't have him in a onesie that covers his feet. We have hardwood floors, so these keep his feet nice and cozy.

7 // This a great multi-use bottle. I wanted something that worked for water and thicker drinks like smoothies, and this one is perfect. Bite free, spill free.

9 // This adorable snack container goes everywhere with us. It's super easy to throw in the diaper bag or hook onto the stroller clips when we're out and about. This would be a nice shower or holiday gift paired with the cutlery.

11 // We use this bottom wash everyday. It gets rid of the smell and make cleaning those little bums so much easier. As the diapers get worse, I'm super grateful to have discovered this. I received as a shower gift. Definitely include this in a baby holiday gift back or shower gift. That mama will thank you!

13 // This is THE best transition cup I've found, by far. It's spill-free and has a bite-free silicone straw. I bought one to test it out and now we have four in constant rotation. This would be great stocking stuffer.

14 // We still don't have a highchair. We haven't needed it because this Table Chair is so convenient. When Winston was too tiny for restaurant high chairs we brought it with us everywhere. It's easy to attach, doesn't damage the counter and can be used up to 35lbs. Also a great gift idea.

I hope my gift guide helps you check off more people on your list and gives you a few ideas for showers and birthdays. Happy Holidays!
