SEPTEMBER AMAZON FAVORITES

 

My September Amazon favorites are full of Winter whites and neutrals for the chilly weather. No matter how many times my kids get my lighter clothes dirty, I can't seem to stop buying the tan and white pieces. I've also been on an organizing kick lately, so I included a couple items I'll be using to get a little more tidy in the kitchen.

Hammock Chair Swing - This swing comes in a gorgeous beige color and also this nice grey color. The fabric is very soft, easy to clean and will spruce up any outdoor (or even indoor) area. It has a steel support bar, side pocket, comes with two pillows and holds up to 450 pounds! At under $50, this chair is an absolute steal!

Open Front Cardigan Coat - The open front cardigan coat was so popular last Fall, and it's back again. This is a great option for a warm coat that isn't too bulky. 

Quilted Bucket Crossbody Bag - I'm loving this designer inspired beige bag. It's on my wishlist!

Casual Blazer - A neutral blazer is so easy to throw over a tee for a polished look. 

Shoulder Bag - Is this gorgeous or what? The link strap is very on trend and the sleek style will look so good with all those chunky sweaters I'll be wearing this Fall & Winter. 

Western Boots - I love these in white. They also come in other colors and a taller shaft size if you like more coverage. Such a good price point!

Corduroy Ruffle Onesie - I searched high and low for a cute cream onesie for family pictures next week and THIS IS IT. I haven't washed it yet, but the quality is really good and the ruffles and button detail are so cute. 

Baby Shoes - These little moccasins are such a good price and there are so many color options. I prefer the neutrals and grey since they go with most outfits. 

Airtight Jar - This is perfect for snacks or under the sink for dishwasher packs. 

3-Tier Organizer - This organizer is going to be perfect for me to store magic erasers, sponges and smaller kitchen cleaning items under the sink.

From Summer clothes to home decor, Target has so many great things right now. I visited the store last week and found a lot more than the one item I was going in for (as usual). I'm obsessed with this pretty rattan rug. The tag says it a bath mat, but I'm planning to place it entering my house from our back patio. It's so unique. I also love this storage ottoman for an extra spot to sit while storing some of our beautiful throws. Shop the post below!

Celebrating Gwen's 1st Birthday

Gwen is one! I can't even believe it (insert ugly crying face). We spent Sunday celebrating our sweet girl with a pretty Swan Soiree party and our family and friends. It's amazing how time feels like it's moving so slow (thank you COVID-19), and at the same time feels like it's flying by so fast. Gwen has baby rolls for days that we can't get enough of, and her personality is just the best. She's always smiling and laughing and has brought us so much joy over the past 12 months.

Having had a baby during the pandemic, and having not seen very many people for so many months, this birthday felt like it should be even more special. My only little girl was turning one, and we were able to spend it with our favorite people after a long hard year. I wanted to go ALL OUT with decorations, and hey, birthdays only come once a year, right? Everyone deserves a fantastic party! I was thrilled when I found Big Dot of Happiness. They offers designer party collections that make it easy for anyone to truly be a party-throwing hero. 

Being Gwen's first birthday, I was looking forward to getting some beautiful photos. With the Swan Soiree design party party decor, I was able to create and capture those precious goose bump moments, making memories that will last a lifetime. 

The kids all loved the gable favor boxes I filled with candy,  and playing with the photo booth props. The photo booth props come in a pack of 20 with masks, mustaches, comment signs and more. They probably had more funning sifting through the options and picking than they did taking the pictures, haha. Oh, and don't worry, a photo booth isn't required to create some super cute moments with these props!

Some of my personal favorites in the party pack were the Happy Birthday banner, which was really great quality and super easy to string together and also the table toppers. I love that these can be used with the wood dowels provided to put into a vase or tape wherever you'd like. I picked up a few blush vases that were a dollar at the grocery store, tied the vases with blush tulle and it felt so fancy. 

I chose to compliment the decor with matching swan cookies and cakes, added a few balloons, and I was all ready for the party. 

Little kids birthday parties are the best! Big Dot of Happiness made it so easy to create unforgettable moments with stunning decor. It's already June, and time to shower Dad with love (and maybe a goodie or two). I've rounded up a bunch of gifts I've purchased for Jared that he loves, and actually uses. Grab your gifts in time for the big day. You have plenty of time. It's June 20!

Wheeled Cooler: The ultimate cooler. If you love Yeti, then you know. If you don't have anything Yeti brand, all their products are amazing quality. We've left drinks it in our wheeled Yeti cooler over a week and when we grabbed they were still ice cold. The wheels make it so much easier to transport than your average cooler, too. Perfect for road trips!

Massage Gun: This is a deep tissue gun geared towards athletes to relieve soreness. It has four speeds and comes with five applicators for different parts of the body. 

Over the Shoulder Cooler: Jared used this all the time when he goes golfing. We also also been using it lately for Winston's soccer games and it's the perfect size (not too heavy for even me to carry when it's full). 

Earbuds: If you're shopping for someone that likes to work out, these are perfect. They have great sound quality and better staying power than the apple EarPods.
