Happy Monday Friends! I've been holding out all season for the perfect denim jacket and finally found one. Sharing how I styled it over the weekend for a trip to the pumpkin patch.
Besides being soft, I wanted a denim jacket that was fitted enough to be flattering, but not so big that I was swimming in an oversized jacket. This one is the perfect fit for me. I did size up one size to a medium for layering with a hoodie or sweater. I'm wearing the lighter wash option in Indigo Blue.
I can never say I'm happy to see Summer go, but I'm slowly FALLing into line and breaking out the Fall wardrobe. A staple in my closet for Fall and Winter is always a nice pullover. Today I'm sharing my three favorites with you.
This quilted pullover is a new addition to my closet, and I can't wait to wear it more as the temps drop. I've never owned this brand before this top, but am forever a fan. The material is buttery soft and is thin enough to layer and just warm enough wear on it's own.
A sherpa pullover is a must-have for cold weather. I purchased this one in plaid last year and have the camel brown color in my cart right now. It's beyond cozy. If you've purchased this before, it's the same style and fit as previous years with new color options. I purchased a small and have a slightly oversized fit.
Last but certainly not least is this cotton pullover. I own two so far and have apple valley and sand colors on my list. It's lightweight and easy to layer with an oversized fit. This brand runs big. I purchased in xs. I lounge in this at night year around and layer it with a tank and jacket in the Winter. I have this teal waters color and it's on sale right now with three other shades!
Happy Friday! It's a rainy day here in Utah today. I've been wearing this shirt jacket on cool nights under a bodysuit or tank and looking forward to layering this with thermals and long sleeves shirts for Fall. This yellow shade is perfect for Fall and is neutral enough to pair with warm and cool colors. Definitely size down. It runs about two sizes larger than normal.
Ready or not, the seasons will be changing soon, and this plaid print top with polka dot details is giving me all the Fall feels. The back also has a nice button up detail that dresses it up more than your average tee or tunic.
The fit is slightly oversized with a boxy shape. I'll run errands with it untucked and then dress for a more polished look by tucking the front in and adding more jewelry. This would look great with black midi skirt, too.
My sunnies are from a Chanel store in Las Vegas and are hard to find right now. The style number is 4222. Here are two pairs that are extremely similar in shape and color.
I've had a bunch of questions on this necklace. It was a steal at under $20, and comes with this coin chain and two more (one chain link and one plain strand).
